I am a licensed professional counselor working in the state of Texas for over 10 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar, trauma, psychosis, addiction, low self-worth, and shame issues that have impacted their ability to build healthy relationships with self and others.
My therapy style is compassionate, caring, and person-centered. I seek to create an environment of mutual respect and trust, connectivity, collaboration, courage, creativity, and confidence in self. My approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral approaches that include Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
If you are ready to let go of the burden and chaos that has kept you feeling stuck, shamed, unable to find yourself staying in the present moment, and lacking in self-worth then I would be grateful for the opportunity to guide you in healing. Give yourself the gift of knowing you are safe, protected, blessed, and loved.
All souls have an ongoing book that expands in knowledge and information about our soul’s experiences since its inception. Archives of our soul’s experiences is held in the Akashic Record. The realm of Akashic Records is an ever-expanding energetic field that exists in a vast library containing the books of other souls. That field of energy known as the Akashic Record. “Akashic” is composed of Akasha (the energetic substance from which all life is formed), and “Record”, because its objective is to record all life experience. Some say this library in stored in our Sun.
An individual seeking knowledge about their soul’s experiences may do so by participating in an Akashic Records reading. An Akashic Records reading allows the individual to access thoughts, words, emotions, and actions taken by a soul within each experience. Information accessed can aid an individual in understanding what karma may have been carried over into a lifetime to give rise to actions in present lifetime to be released from that karma. Information gleaned may also contribute towards self-realizations for the individual that will lead to spiritual growth and purpose.
During an Akashic Records reading the participant is asked to bring questions that they would like to clarify, validate, and/or confirmed so that they are informed as to how to proceed with resolving what may have caused their need for accessing their Akashic Record. The Akashic Records reader serves as a bridge to accessing the information requested.
QHHT is a therapeutic approach that seeks to connect the individual with their Higher Self (Over Soul, Super Conscious) in order to access information revealing how past life experiences can contribute to understanding, clarifying, and/or validating how to resolve karma.
Sessions are usually 3-5 hours long and begins with a in-depth interview of the client’s present life history. After the interview the QHHT session is initiated. During the QHHT portion, the person is taken into the somnambulistic state in which the Higher Self will present information about past life experiences(s) (present past or past lives) that it deems appropriate to aid the client in resolving issues and concerns they are faced with presently. Afterwards, the Higher Self is called upon to answer questions and consider physical healings that is requested by the client.
Sessions are conducted in-person only and are recorded for the benefit of the client.
Mental health therapy is a collaborative effort in which both the client and therapist leaves the session with a learning experience that contributes to discovery and growth. All experiences (good, bad, ugly) are for the purpose of learning and letting go and that therapy is one of the best ways to explore what needs to be learned and let go so a sense of worth and purpose can be fully realized and experienced.
Incorporating an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach consists of identifying parts of an individual that has been conditioned by its experiences to protect the individual in ways that are not successful in healing and finding freedom from emotional discomfort long-term. Using an IFS approach will afford the individual an ability to let go of burden and chaos that only serve to achieve immediate gratification instead of healing from experiences leading to need to perpetuate burden and chaos for survival.
